After July 28, 2008 Olympic $65/ Sprint $55

Teams: Olympic Distance $100*/Sprint Distance $75* until July 27, 2008
After July 28, 2008 Olympic $130/ Sprint $105

*plus USAT license fee of $10 per person for insurance ($5 for youth under 20)
